This page explains the standard delivery rules for orders placed on msg-generators.com. The final delivery method, timing, and cost are confirmed by our manager after checking product availability and order details.
Where We Deliver
We work with customers across Ukraine. For certain products or non-standard delivery conditions, our manager may additionally confirm availability of transportation and timing.
Delivery Methods
- Nova Poshta — delivery to a branch, parcel locker, or carrier courier across Ukraine.
- Store courier in Kyiv — delivery by our own courier within Kyiv. Cost and timing are agreed with the manager.
- Courier delivery in Kyiv — availability, cost, and time are confirmed individually by the manager.
Order Processing and Shipping Time
- After the order is placed, our manager confirms it by phone, email, or messenger.
- Items in stock are usually handed over for delivery on the same day or the next business day after confirmation.
- For pre-order items, reserved products, or non-standard configurations, timing is agreed separately.
Delivery Cost
Carrier delivery cost is defined by the carrier’s own tariffs. Kyiv courier delivery terms are agreed individually. If a specific product has separate delivery conditions, our manager informs the customer before the order is confirmed.
When the Customer Receives the Tracking Number
After the order is handed over to the carrier, we send the tracking number by phone, email, or messenger if those contact details were provided with the order.
What to Do When Receiving the Product
- Inspect the package integrity and the visible condition of the product in the presence of the carrier representative.
- If the package or product is damaged, record it in the carrier documents and notify us as soon as possible.
- If you need help with configuration or startup questions, contact our manager during business hours.
